We are currently seeking an individual to fill a bookkeeping position.  The successful candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills, and be proficient with QuickBooks.  In addition this individual will need strong communication skills, have the ability to work in a team environment, be personable and flexible. Bookkeeping skills necessary for the position include payroll tax return preparation and reporting, sales tax reporting, bank reconciliations and basic general ledger posting. A working knowledge of QuickBooks is required as consulting and training clients on the program are expected.  An Associate’s Degree in accounting/bookkeeping is preferred and 3-5 years of experience is required.


Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking a CPA or CPA candidate for a full time position. The individual should have at least a BS degree in accounting and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Prior public accounting experience is preferred. The ideal individual should be a self motivated professional, who works well in a team environment. One who possesses strong computer skills and has the desire to work with clients and assist them with their accounting and tax needs. The successful candidate should have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as some travel, primarily within New York State will be required.
