Chao joined Johnson, Lauder & Savidge, LLP’s team in January 2021. She obtained both her Master and Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Binghamton University. She has experience in individual income tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax. Currently she is working to obtain her CPA license. She also speaks three languages: English, Chinese and Japanese.
