William J. Scannell, Mr. Scannell is the managing partner of Johnson, Lauder & Savidge, LLP. He is a graduate of Georgetown University with a B.S. in Accounting. Entered public accounting in 1983 with the international firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Bill joined Johnson Lauder & Savidge in 1985. Bill is a past Treasurer of the Southern Tier Chapter of the New York State Society of CPA's and past President of The Family & Children's Society, St. John Ukrainian Orthodox Church Parish Council and the Vestal Rotary Club. Bill specializes in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry and in closely held businesses.

Stanley R. Pazanski, Graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Accounting. Entered public accounting in 1968 with Coopers & Lybrand. Joined Johnson Lauder & Savidge in 1992. Stan is a member of the AICPA tax division, sits on the board and is currently chairman of the tax committee of the Southern Tier Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs. Stan is a frequent speaker on tax and estate planning topics.

James R. Smith, Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, with honors, with a B.S. in Accounting. Entered public accounting in 1976 with the local firm of Piaker & Lyons. Jim joined Johnson Lauder & Savidge in 1985. Jim is a past board member of the Southern Tier Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs.

Theresa Allen, Graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo with a B.S. in Accounting. She entered public accounting in 1984 with Johnson Lauder & Savidge. Theresa is the current Treasurer of the Montrose Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Crime Victims Assistance Center Board and finance committee.

Daniel A. Conn, Graduate of Bob Jones University with a B.S. in Accounting. Dan entered public accounting in 1985 with the international firm of Arthur Andersen. He joined Johnson Lauder & Savidge in 1989.

Philip G. Westcott, Graduate of Elmira College with a B.S. in Business Management and received a M.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Entered public accounting with Davidson, Buccasio & Updyke, CPA's in 1984. Joined Johnson Lauder & Savidge in 1991. He is Past President of the Southern Tier Chapter of the New York State Society of CPA's, and also served on its Finance Committee and Task Force for Chapters, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the NYSSCPA's. Phil has significant experience in: pension audits, non-for-profits and valuations of small closely held companies. Phil also serves on the Boards' of the Family and Children's Society and the Budget and Finance Committee of the Presbytery of Susquehanna Valley.
