Graduate of Elmira College with a B.S. in Business Management and received an M. S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Entered public accounting with Davidson, Buccasio & Updyke, CPA’s in 1984. Joined Johnson, Lauder & Savidge, LLP in 1993. He is past President of the Southern Tier Chapter of the New York State Society of CPA’s. He has served on various state society capacities including the Board of Directors, and is currently a member of the Peer Review Committee. Phil has significant experience in: pension audits, non-for-profits and small closely held companies. Phil has served on various not-for-profit Boards including the Family and Children’s Society, the Broome County Child Development Council, the Presbytery of Susquehanna Valley and is currently Treasurer of the West Presbyterian Church in Binghamton, New York.
